This structure - with 10 sessions in total - gives us maximum flexibility to apply coaching as best serves your needs. We can pack a lot of sessions in a few months, or save sessions to meet crisis situations, or do follow-up boosts to keep the momentum going after the initial six months.

The scope of these Executive Coaching engagements are established on a project basis, with an investment typically 2 to 4 times that of Leadership Momentum Coaching.
Both include identical quality of coaching and attention to achieving results.
